M4M and P4P Mini Capsule Contest

Did you see the big announcement this morning? You do know how much I love a good sewing contest.

If you haven't seen, Patterns for Pirates and Made For Mermaids are doing a Mini Capsule Contest. You sew up 9 items from any combination of their patterns (mashes and hacks ok) and post on social media and you get registered to win a few awesome prizes. You can read all the details at the Patterns for Pirates Blog.

I'm probably being overly ambitious, but no pain no gain here people. So I've designed 2 mini capsules.

1 for my middle daughter.
To keep it doable, there are just 4 patterns.

The second one is of course for me!
I used 5 patterns for myself. And please don't panic! I have plenty of pants and shorts. I need simple tops to go with them. I've also already muslined out 4 of the 5 patterns, so the hardest part will be getting my fabric washed!
