I don't often do quick gathered skirts for my girls, which is silly, since my youngest LOVES them. And they are super fast AND easy.

The Thread Riding Hood Fat Quarter Skirt is exactly what it says. A cute gathered skirt you can make from just 2 fat quarters!

Even better, rather than trying to figure out whether you have the right lengths and width for the skirt, you pick your finished length and your waist size and then just work from there! That made sewing for my super skinny minny effortless. I just figured out the length I wanted and the width for her waist and it was done.

I only have yardage in my stash, but it was super easy to follow the instructions to get the right lengths for each piece. The pieces are 2 fronts, 2 contrast bands and 2 elastic casings. If you're cutting out of WOF, that is just 3 pieces. from 2-1/4 yard pieces.

Clearly, she loves it! And of course, I'd love to give you a chance to love it too! You can use the rafflecopter to register for a chance to win this pattern.
